Return & Refund Policy:
Thanks for shopping at My Blitz
If you would like to return:
- You have seven days (7) if you want to return any product from the purchase date
- Need to provide proof of purchase or invoice or method of payment
- The returned item should be intact to get proceeded to swap or get store credit
- You need to pay the shipment cost when we send back to the manufacturer if you want refund/store credit for the malfunction
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will immediately notify you within maximum of three (3) working days in order to get back to you with the solution.
No Return or Refund:
- In case if you change your mind or
- If the product is physically damaged or
- Returning product without any particular part came with the product (need to pay for the used coils regarding vaporizers) or
- Returning good after seven (7) days of purchase or
- Not providing the invoice or proof of purchase/method of payment or
- Does not apply when item is:
- Digital Scale,
- Vaporizer (unless battery is the issue),
- Consumable goods (i.e. Shisha flavors, E – Liquid),
- Detox (you should contact the manufacturing company)
- Glass Item
Please therefore check all purchases before leaving the shop.
